Career Opportunities, Training & Development

Nurturing home-grown talent and developing from within are key themes within Broomfield & Alexander. We want you to develop your career here with us.
We can offer you a number of development & training programmes that will help you achieve your career aspirations. Our annual 360-appraisal programme will highlight your strengths and develop your personal training plan.
If you are looking to continue your studies, we can offer comprehensive study support including paying exam fees, providing study leave and essential on-the-job support through our range of mentors.

Work-Life Balance

You spend a lot of time at work and it's important that it is not only a fun place to work but that the company recognises that you have a life. Our family friendly policies have been recognised by Chwarae Teg's work life balance programme who provided funding to set up a relaxation and games room for our staff.  We also encourage our staff to join our successful social club who host a variety of events including an annual away day and BBQ for the whole team.

Broomfield & Alexander's 'Giving Something Back' campaign

It's important to give something back to our local communities, our team members and our favorite causes. This year our chosen charities are:

  RNIB
  George Thomas Hospice
Red Dragon Save a South Wales Child

All of our team are encouraged to join in the many and varied charity events throughout the year.

Graduate Opportunities

We offer our graduates a three-year structured development programme including ACA, ACCA, AAT and ATT qualifications. Delivered through on-the-job training and practical training courses, our graduates are helped by their student mentors and their manager to start their career development.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and to develop the necessary hands-on experience across a range of sectors including construction, manufacturing, charities, automotive and retail to name a few.
