Seamus GatesSeamus has 30 years experience in delivering ‘value added’ commercial advice to owner-managed businesses. Seamus builds strong relationships with his clients, supporting them proactively through all stages of their business’ development.
Seamus’ experience includes extensive experience of providing commercial advisory services including strategic growth plans, acquisitions, valuations, due diligence and investigations and the audit of companies in a range of industries including financial services, automotive, manufacturing, construction, transport services, retail and leisure.

Seamus brings expertise to his work through his understanding of the processes and commercial arrangements between companies.

Throughout his work he maintains regular dialogue with the other advisers on the assignment ensuring matters arising are properly reported and dealt with on a timely basis.

Seamus has also had involvement in public sector consultancy and advisory services, specifically in relation to business support programmes, including work with Finance Wales and other advice and financial provision programmes both in Wales and England.
