As members of the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA) Broomfield & Alexander are part of a prestigious network of 75 independent firms of accountants who act for over 9,000 doctors in over 2,400 medical practices within the UK. Our specialist medical practices team, led by Tax director John Aylward, based in our Swansea office, have a wealth of experience in this area, having worked with a large number of medical practices over a number of years.
This experience, along with the support of AISMA, enables Broomfield & Alexander to provide the expertise of a large national firm whilst maintaining the personal service of a local accountant. We are one of only two AISMA members based within Swansea and provide a full range of services to clients from all medical sectors within the Swansea area.
By pooling statistical data from existing AISMA client practices and sharing expertise and knowledge on an ongoing basis Broomfield & Alexander are able to benchmark client’s financial and non-financial performance against other practices throughout the UK. This enables opportunities to be identified, which can help to ensure that practices are well run and operated profitably.
