John has gathered considerable “tax” experience over the years – being a tax manager at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, some time as a sole practitioner and then joining Griffith & Miles as tax partner at the Swansea Office.
John is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Faculty of Taxation. His role is to provide specialist advice on all aspects of taxation – covering both compliance and planning, including:
- Business Tax
- Value added tax
- Payroll
- Personal taxation
- Inheritance taxation
- Specialist tax assignments, particularly Capital Gains tax and Business reconstructions
- Trusts (use of)
- Company share valuations
John also specialises in the provision of a comprehensive range of services to Medical Practitioners and is actively involved with AISMA.
