Jonathan has been a practising Chartered Accountant for 30 years with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Griffith & Miles in Swansea.
Jonathan has specialised in audit and has overseen the audit and accounts departments, being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts Faculty of Audit. He also looks after owner managed businesses who require a range of services other than the compliance work of accounts and tax return preparation and in particular, need advice and assistance on a range of areas such as:
- Interpretation and action in connection with management information
- Strategic planning
- Investment opportunities
- Grant opportunities, including the application and reporting
- Takeovers and disposals of businesses
- Succession planning
Jonathan has also assisted clients in the selection and appointment of accounting personnel.
