New recruitment specialist sales into Cardiff

A new company specialising in the recruitment of sales personnel has been set up in Cardiff. The first of its kind in Wales, Yolk Sales Recruitment has launched to provide specialist expertise and a bespoke sales recruitment service to companies across the Welsh business community.

Established by experienced practitioners Duncan Powell and Dale Williams, the company was set up when the pair spotted a niche in the market for a specialised sales recruitment company to operate from within Swansea.

Duncan Powell 33, who lives in Cardiff, has worked in sales for the past ten years and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry.  Dale Williams, 24, from Cardiff, moved over to the recruitment industry two years ago having spent many years in sales management previously working for a global advertising organisation.

Says Duncan Powell: “Having previously worked in sales, we understand the importance the role a good sales team plays within a business.  As the only recruitment company in Wales to specialise in sales staff, our vision for Yolk is to establish ourselves as the company of choice for businesses and provide our clients with the best sales staff.” 

Yolk Sales Recruitment is supported by Broomfield & Alexander, professional advisors and accountants through their New Starts Programme.
