The Penrhys Partnership is a successful voluntary organisation that was established in 1991 to improve the social, economic and environmental prospects of the Penrhys Village and surrounding area in the Rhondda. The organisation is now entering an exciting and challenging period of growth and has ambitious plans for the future.
