A targeted annual review can create opportunities for your charity, helps to control risks and focus on areas that can sometimes be left behind. The day to day operations and objects of the charity are integral to manage, but as trustees it is important you spend time making sure that what props the charity up is fit for purpose too!

This might not seem the most exciting part of a charity’s world, some may say even restrictive and prohibitive sometimes! However, paying attention, standing up for the good governance behind how a voluntary organisation defines itself, shows you care.
