Successful deals: Building Products

Our client supplies building products for the commercial and residential construction sectors.  Large new contract wins and a strategy to secure more resulted in a funding requirement, primarily for working capital but also to support the company with further growth plans off the back of these successes.

We supported the company by preparing integrated financial projections and analysis of historic and projected figures to supplement their business plan.  This was presented to funders and £200,000 of funding was secured comprising traditional debt finance and invoice discounting from a specialist provider.

Our work supported that undertaken by the management to prepare documents for submission and provided a liaison point for all parties to enable the client to concentrate on running the business.  We also referred the application to a specialist funder which complemented the more traditional debt funding and enabled the deal to complete.
